Madonna Kash, a Restaurant & Food Service Marketer,  Social Media Consultant & Trainer  and Food Service Marketing Broker is passionate about the food service industry and enjoys helping others grow, both personally and professionally.

Born and raised in Iowa, she started her food service career in operations, both front and back of the house. Madonna worked in all categories of dining and holding positions such as bartender, bar manager, service bartender, server; lunch, dinner, banquet, cocktail, hosting and coat check.  In back of the house she managed a kitchen and was line cook for casual dining as well.

Marketing positions include Celebration Cruises, Quad City Attraction, Bailey’s and Associates and Personal Marketing Research.

She also worked for a large independent distributor, Thoms Proestler Company in purchasing, customer service, and inside sales. She also managed business clients and was the event planner at their cash & carry.

She then worked for a Chicago based food broker, Institutional Sales Corporation (ISC) as a Sales Consultant & Account Executive for Thoms Proestler Company covering the Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin territory. Managing the business, working with their staff, calling on operators, and more.

She and ISC won yearly awards with the distributor for best booth and salesmanship. She also won National Sales Person of the year by Warren Frozen Foods.

From there she worked for Nestle FoodServices as Operator Business Manager and Beverage Specialist out of Chicago focusing on hospitals, hotels, colleges, casinos, and larger leverage operators. She then moved to Phoenix where she worked for Restaurant.com as a Restaurant Consultant and Total Source Foodservice as Contract Manager and School Specialist.

Madonna founded Restaurant Marketing Partners in 2009, focusing on helping restaurant operators maximize their earning potential. Her educational background includes business and marketing as well as industry specific training certifications. In Phoenix, she is an active member within the social media community and works with small businesses with marketing and social media strategies.

With over 24 years of food service experience, she prides herself in bringing value and the wow to everything she does.
